BLACK XL3NC ships to Canada and United States
BLACK XL3NC processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping details and associated tracking number.
Although most orders will be shipped out within 2 business days or less, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Holidays and high volume periods may delay this process. Once an order is placed it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code.
Only ONE discount code may be applied per order.
This applies to Free Shipping discount codes.
This is yWe apologize for the mix-up and want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible! Please send us an email within 7 business days of receiving your order at email@example.com to notify us of the mix up. Please include your order number, name and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item.
Once confirmed, all wrong or defective orders will be corrected and the right order will be sent out to you.our answer.
All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes.
We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company. If the product you received is deemed defective your order is eligible for a refund.

Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only. The estimated shipping time may be subject to delays due to COVID-19 restrictions, customs, shipping destination, and national holidays. We ask that you please allow up until the end of estimated shipping window before contacting us in regards to your order. If your order has shipped and the estimated timeframe has surpassed contact the shipping carrier first to provide an update on your package. If your package fails to arrive after you have contacted the carrier please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
BLACK XL3NC is not responsible for delivery times estimated by Canada Post, USPS, or any other third party services used.
BLACK XL3NC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipment
If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to BLACK XL3NC by the courier, we will contact you and refund the merchandise. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
